It contains main firefighting equipment?s which is used to start the firefighting process. It contains nozzles, hose reels, valves and tubes which is used as the main firefighting equipment. We at Ultra Fire provides high quality hose reel drum set which is manufactured in accordance with international standards. Going by the technical specifications our hose reel drum set confirms with IS: 884/1958 standards. It has 1? inlet threading for connection. It is mountable on wall and is able to swing 180ø. It has different sizes of outlet: ??, 1?, 1-1/2? to accommodate 36, 36 and 40 meters hose. It has passes performance test of hydraulic test at 21 Kgf/cmý. Water flow rate has been tested at 7 Kgf/cmý. It has discharge rate of 24 LPM and jet length of 6 meter (min). Hub sides and wall brackets are made up of mild steel sheet of IS: 513. Swivel joint is made up of LBT-2 of IS: 1239 part 1. Nozzle is made up of IS: 8090. Hose reel tubing is manufactured using thermoplastic hose confirming to IS: 12585 and rubber hose confirming to IS: 444.
