Description

The Gas Leak Detector for Combustible Gases – GT-4220-FLP, a Flameproof and PESO Certified Smart Gas Detector/Transmitter, is meticulously crafted for swift and dependable detection of combustible gases. Leveraging Catalytic, Pellistor, or Semiconductor technology, it excels in identifying leaks of LPG, PNG, CNG, LNG, Natural Gas, and other flammable gases. The device features a digital display showcasing gas concentrations through a 7-Segment LED display, accompanied by four LEDs that provide a clear indication of the instrument’s status. It offers optional outputs including a standard 4-20mA signal output and three relay outputs with a rating of 5A at 250VAC/5A at 30VDC. Additionally, users have the flexibility to opt for an Isolated RS-485 Communication Port with MODBUS RTU Protocol for seamless integration into industrial systems. The programming is secured with a password, and users can change the password as needed. The Flameproof model facilitates non-intrusive programming using a Magnetic Wand. With the capability to detect gas concentrations down to %LEL, the device provides valuable indications for ‘Sensor Open,’ ‘Over Range,’ and ‘Temperature Alert,’ ensuring comprehensive monitoring and enhanced safety in industrial environments.
